Not outright, mind you, but it's getting there. I just wish our government would actually do something to get these kids off the streets. It's dangerous for them and for the motorists. Yeah. It wouldn't pay to 'clean' the shoes of the person your going to ask money from. Actually, if they really clean my shoes, I would've given them 10 to 20 bucks. But, alas, that is not the case. Also those modus operandi folk with printed pieces of paper about their plight. But there are nice families along the street like this girl named GIRLY :D VERY P.R. She knows not to bother someone having a bad day. She's ok with greeting smiling.
